Arco is the leading provider of health and safety equipment in the UK has is extremely proud of its workforce. Arco invests heavily in development, training and on-going support to ensure they are engaging effectively with their staff. To coincide with a refresh and rebrand of all its internal communications, Collective Agency PR was awarded the contract to deliver a new internal newsletter, which captures the essence and culture of Arco. Collective Agency PR produced design concepts and ideas for a new ‘People’ magazine which would showcases contract wins, employee awards, product innovations and share employee news. The newsletter has been positively received by all in the organisation and continues to evolve and expand as more and more staff see their hard work and charitable events promoted throughout the business.
