The Project
Billed as the largest hotel to be built in Scotland, Evolution in the centre of Glasgow’s financial services district will be a distinctive, glass shaped development, described as a ‘budget boutique’ hotel, with a £20 million price tag.
The hotel will have more than 370 rooms, one of the largest concentrations of available rooms in Scotland, and stands at 9 storey’s high, making it a prominent structure on the City of Glasgow’s landscape.
The Solution
The Collective Agency CGI produced visuals, graphics and video footage to capture the boutique feel of the proposed hotel. Focusing on the light, airy and contemporary feel of the hotel, it showcases the available facilities and surrounding area which will draw in potential visitors, both nationally and internally, with its close proximity to Glasgow’s busy airport and transport network.
