The Project
The iconic Bank of Ireland on Baggot Street, Dublin, was built in the 1970’s and has been designated as one of only a few protected structures of that era.
The planning application submitted by HKR Architects was for a proposed extension, which would increase the floor area of the complex by 5,000 sq m in a sympathetic manner.
The Solution
Collective CGI provided specialist CGI’s and twelve verified images, giving an accurate visual representation of the proposed redevelopment, created specifically for planning application purposes.
Verified images were used to record exact measurements down to the last detail, which ensured that the 3D images were a true recreation of the proposed plans. The architects also commissioned Collective CGI to provide marketing images for the scheme.
