Home to The Guardian newspaper for decades, 119 Farringdon Road in London is a high-profile, iconic scheme, which will be a key part of London when the new Farringdon Crossrail station opens for business. With designs at an early stage and approval for planning permission for a mix of residential and commercial businesses to occupy the building imminent, the architects required a visual representation of what the redevelopment would look like to influence the decision making process.
The finished visuals and graphics created by The Collective Agency CGI produced a visually stunning aid for use by the architects to take to key influencers involved on the project. The imposing structure created a real wow factor. Set alongside existing architecture, the visuals gave a snapshot of what could be possible with imagination, flair and creative thinking.
