Who we are
Collection and Use of Personal Information
Personal information means any information that may be used to identify you, such as, your name, title, phone number, email address, mailing address or IP address. In general, you can browse our website without giving us any personal information. However, there are contact forms on our site that require you to share some personal information. The personal data we collect includes the following: your name, your email address and your contact number.
Your personal data is safely secured by Collective Agency and the third party email system we use; however, you will only receive messages from us – not a third party.
Your data is collected for the purpose of receiving communication from Collective Agency as per the direct request, we will not share your personal data with any third party and data is stored for the sole purpose of Collective Agency replying to your specific enquiry directly.
We record and store our enquiry requests to ensure that we are compliant with opt-in regulations.
Other ways we collect data
When someone visits our website we use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone by default. If you accept our cookies policy popup when visiting our website, then IP addresses are associated with the analytics data to help us better improve our service we provide. We do not make and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
